To be eligible for a return, please ensure your item meets the following criteria:

• The item must be unused and in the exact same condition as when you received it.
• It must be returned in its original packaging.

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return request. After this period, we unfortunately cannot accept returns.

How to Start Your Return

Please note: You must email us to obtain the correct return address and further instructions. Do not send items back without prior authorization, as they may not be accepted.

Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned item and verify that it meets our return conditions, we will process your refund. Please allow 7-14 business days for the refund to be completed and reflected in your original payment method. The timing may vary slightly depending on your bank or credit card provider.
